Job title

General Responsibilities
Collect literature related to the project.
Conducting experiments in silicon
Extracting data and performing data analysis, including scientific interpretations and creating the necessary illustrations/graphs/plots etc. needed to publish the work.
Communicate the main results.
Ensure that safe laboratory practices are followed

Specific responsibilities and tasks
– Conducting independent experiments that include simulations using electronic structure, molecular dynamics and fusion methods.
Follow-up of short-term and long-term simulations.
Run functions on Linux (and windows) operating systems.
Analyzing and interpreting results using computational software.
– Generate advanced graphs to illustrate the results.
Writing (advanced English language skills required), communicating and publishing work

Minimum qualifications
– Bachelor’s. or MA. in a related discipline.

Preferred qualification
Preferably have prior knowledge of Unix/Linux.

Skills / Rank / Expected Experience
At least one year in the relevant scientific field.
