Manama, March 2 (BNA) The CEO of the Real Estate Regulatory Agency, Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, praised the role of the Troubled Projects Settlement Committee in finding appropriate legal solutions to protect the rights of all parties.
Sheikh Mohammed, who received the head of the receiving committee, Judge Salah Ahmed Al-Qattan and member Mohammed Mirza Aman, affirmed the RERA’s keenness to develop its mechanisms to ensure adequate protection of investors and buyers, which would revitalize the market in Bahrain.
The President of the Real Estate Regulatory Agency stressed the efforts made to adopt solutions that would simplify and facilitate procedures and benefit the real estate market in Bahrain.
