Charterhouse is working with a global FMCG company that is looking to appoint a Director of Regulatory Affairs with 6-10 years of post qualification experience to join their team.
Our client is looking for someone with experience in overseeing and managing the Regulatory Affairs department of a multinational brand dealing with engagement policies and corporate affairs as well as stakeholder and brand management. This role requires someone who is able to review new product offerings, ensure compliance with regulations as well as maintain updates with stakeholders, partners and distributors.
The successful candidate should have at least 6-10 years of experience in a similar role within FMCG, Pharmaceutical companies or similar sectors. Strong business acumen, commercial awareness, and negotiation skills are essential to this position, as well as exceptional communication and presentation skills. This would be a great move for someone who has been in the legal sector and has gone inland to handle regulatory affairs. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both English and Arabic.
