The MENA Recruitment Team is looking for a talented, results-focused technical recruitment firm with a passion to delight the client and candidate to join our recruitment organization.

Your focus will be on driving recruitment strategies along with creating candidates and closing candidates in partnership with your clients and recruiting colleagues. Basic Responsibilities:

– Establish business partnerships with hiring managers, as they go to them in all matters relating to recruitment.
– Update the records of candidates and job appointments in the recruitment systems and confirm new appointments
– Take a Chiefs Recruitment approach to sourcing and selecting the best talent from all over the world,
Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding employment status via phone and email
Develop and maintain accurate employment data/reports as an owner of your BU, while providing metrics to stakeholders.
Coordinate post-interview debriefing meetings and provide debriefing materials
– Identifying opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling competency
– Participate in employment events such as job fairs, on-campus recruitment and community events to build an Amazon name in the country
Work with business, human resources and compensation to determine appropriate salary ranges and negotiate compensation with candidates.
Participate in special projects/recruitment initiatives including evaluating best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging internal sources of talent and identifying best performers for high-level positions.

Basic qualifications

Experience in technical recruitment within a company and/or research firm including sourcing and full lifecycle recruitment, including 7+ years in program management and/or talent consultancy.
Strong customer focus and commitment to continuous improvement; Ability to proactively communicate and establish effective working relationships, must pursue conscious cost containment efforts in recruitment, constantly look for new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to introducing candidates to the client.
Ability to implement recruitment strategy, including market employer promotion, candidate management, diversity in sourcing, and interview process management.
Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow among candidates, hiring managers and the hiring team.
Strong advisory skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and as a member of a virtual team.
– Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills.
Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.

qualifications preferred

8+ years of experience in staffing and sourcing in a medium to high-volume, high-staffing business environment/technical talent search (Software Development Engineers, Senior Software Development Engineers, Architect, Principal Engineer, Software Development Manager, Head of Engineering, CTO , ML engineers, scientists)
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated passion for hiring and providing amazing customer service
Attention to detail with exceptional skills in analysis and operations management
Skilled in partnering with staffing teams to build effective sourcing, assessment and closing methods with the ability to manage customer expectations
Strong full life cycle recruitment skills with a proven track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive candidates, formerly, is an English and Arabic e-commerce platform, owned by Amazon, the largest e-commerce platform in the Arab world.
