We are looking for a stubborn and experienced recruitment consultant to join our non-IT contracting office. This is a pay-for sales role and you will inherit a warm office.
You will be trained and supported by an Associate Business Manager who will guide you to grow our non-IT client base. Existing clients work in retail, universities, finance technology and management consulting.
We currently have a record number of contractors operating but there is plenty of room for growth in the next 12 to 24 months.
In this role, you will be required to:
• Manage and grow your client portfolio
• Leading by example and influencing the development of others
• Searching for new candidates through many channels and conducting comprehensive interviews
• Identifying new business opportunities and establishing relationships with new clients
• Provide excellent service to your portfolio of existing relationships
• Advise decision makers from SMEs to global organizations to help them achieve their business goals
• Work collaboratively with your team to reach team goals
What you will need to succeed
This role requires someone who has strong business acumen and can demonstrate this by demonstrating market awareness and a strong understanding of the hiring contracting needs of your clients. You will be an experienced “hunter” who thrives on the search for new business and the development of strong relationships. As an expert in your field, you will lead by example and influence the development of others.
