Manage a busy reception desk, ensuring that the office is presented in a professional and welcoming manner to all visitors.
– Answering external and internal incoming calls and directing inquiries of the client, consultant and colleagues.
Distributing mail, delivery samples and all general correspondence to the relevant authorities.
Coordinate facility management including keeping areas tidy and clean at all times, liaison with suppliers and building maintenance.
Manage reservations for various conference rooms within the office.
– Equip meeting rooms for visitors, including any audio-visual requirements and any refreshments.
Monitor and arrange catering supplies.
– Monitor and order fixed supplies.
Arranging for any courier requirements, as well as receiving any incoming parcels.
– Assist in binding, copying and packaging presentations and presentations.
Coordinate with the building management regarding health and safety maintenance of the office.
Preparing any letters or other documents as required by the office management.
Provide any additional administrative support required for all other business areas.
– Organizing internal/external meetings, lunch, learning and preparing conference calls
Managing the general organization, general maintenance and updating of the materials library.
salary:
300 to 400 BD per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
