What will you do:
Welcome, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service.
– Take the initiative to add a personalized experience.
– Proudly upgrade hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay.
– Helps encourage guest loyalty by building friendly and personal relationships.
Accomplishes all tasks related to the arrival and departure of the guest in accordance with the internal procedures
– Handles phone calls
Communicates information as necessary to other departments (staff, tech, etc.) and other members of the front desk team
Ensures that all documents, products and provisions necessary for management and/or guests are available and up to date
Your experience and skills include:
A minimum of 2 years in a front office is required in the hospitality sector, experience in Qatar is an added advantage
Fluent in English (spoken and written), any additional language is an added advantage
– Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Service-focused character required, prior leadership experience required
– Good interpersonal skills, guest oriented and service minded
– Team spirit
