Responsibilities:
Understand and communicate customer needs and requirements and quality standards to production teams.
Develop, improve and review new specifications and procedures for products or processes, and train staff in their use.
Determining the requirements of raw materials from suppliers and monitoring their compliance.
Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance.
Ensure compliance with legal obligations and ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and health and safety guidelines.
Oversee product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards.
Examining the final outputs, comparing them with the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products.
Maintain accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis.
Obtaining customer feedback, attending meetings, submitting reports, and assisting external auditors and inspectors.
requirements:
– Bachelor of Engineering.
– At least 10 years of experience in a related field.
– High attention to detail, control, organizational and leadership skills.
In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards.
– Excellent communication and listening skills.
