Manama, October 25 (BNA) Public Security Chief Lieutenant-General Tariq bin Hassan Al-Hassan received today the Commander of the US Coast Guard, Admiral Carl Schultz. Admiral Karl Schultz.
The meeting was attended by Chargé d’Affairs at the US Embassy, Magritte Nardi, Coast Guard Commander Brigadier General Alaa Abdullah Siyadi and Assistant Chief of Public Security for Operations and Training Brigadier Dr. Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Khalifa.
Lieutenant General. Al-Hassan welcomed the delegation, praising the strong bilateral relations and security cooperation. He thanked the US administration represented by the US Coast Guard for its continuous support and cooperation.
The two sides discussed joint exercises, training and capacity building. Admiral Schultz thanked the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Ministry of Interior for their coordination, stressing the importance of joint security cooperation and regional stability.
