Manama, May 31 (BNA): A forum entitled “Digital currencies between the current situation and future challenges” opened today at the headquarters of the Royal Police Academy, in the presence of 84 officers from various directorates of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. internal.

The symposium was attended by the Chief of Public Security, Lt. Gen. Tariq bin Hassan Al-Hassan, along with the Director General of the Bahrain Banking and Financial Institute, Ahmed Abdul Hameed Al-Sheikh, and other officials.

Lieutenant General Al-Hassan stressed that the Ministry of Interior is keen on developing human resources and expanding the use of modern technology to upgrade cadres, improve professionalism and provide the best level of security services.

He praised the level of cooperation and coordination between the Ministry of Interior and the Bahrain Institute for Banking and Financial Studies in holding such events with the aim of exchanging experiences and reviewing practices.

Dr. Al-Sheikh affirmed cooperation with the Ministry of Interior to hold a digital currency forum, stressing the institute’s commitment to promoting national cadres in the field of digital currencies.

Then the Chief of Public Security honored the lecturers for the important topics that contributed to enriching the knowledge of the public.
