The PRO Officer will have a prominent role in building strong relationships with key government bodies while serving as a corporate ambassador. The PRO Officer will ensure the successful implementation of the PR functions and work closely with the various parties to develop the overall presence of the company. Specifically looking for someone with experience in MIC card setup/Ras Laffan Gateway setup and format.
Basic tasks
Processing, submitting and following up on all official relationships/transactions of the company with government sectors.
Submit all visa renewals and work permit cards with the Labor Office and the Immigration Department.
– Processing all renewals of driver’s license and labor health cards with the Traffic Department and the Department of Health.
– Renewal of the company’s official documents (such as trade license, chamber of commerce, commercial register, traffic department, municipality, customs clearance, etc.);
Liaise with authorities to ensure company compliance with local laws and regulations.
– Processing local amendments in coordination with the authorities.
To deal with government authorities in connection with the purchase, sale or lease of land/property.
– To process the renewal of the trade license.
To keep abreast of work-related changes in relation to visa processing.
Support any legal issues in company registration
– Liaise with all government institutions regarding fines and penalties or any inquiries;
salary:
From 7000 to 9000 QR per month, including fixed allowances.
