Experience/Skills/Years Required in This Role:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory capacity in a hotel housekeeping environment
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience in property management system in hotels.
• Good knowledge of HSK equipment and machinery
• Proven training skills.
• Doing good business.
• Knowledge of people management.
• Describe desirable characteristics or personality traits:
• Positive attitude.
• Fluency in English. Oral and written.
• Professional appearance and etiquette
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to convey information and ideas clearly.
• Administrative skills required, basic arithmetic skills required.
• Organization, supervision and communication skills.
• Computer skills required (basics of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word).
• Knowledge and experience in maintaining materials, fabric and floors.
• Knowledge and experience in the use of chemicals.
• Able to interact with guest respectfully, naturally and efficiently.
• Awareness of FLHSS standards, and diligent attention to safety.
• Work well in stressful situations and high pressure.
• Proactive with an accurate eye for detail.
• Effective in listening to, understanding and clarifying the concerns and issues raised by co-workers and guest.
• Work with limited supervision.

Duties will require:

• Work in shifts and work schedules based on job demands.
• Walking and standing most of the working day: standing, long walks and reasonable lifting
• Work in a crowded and noisy environment
• Preparedness is required in case of emergency.
