Work summary:
Collaborate with the proposal manager throughout the entire proposal development process.
Responsible for writing the non-technical parts of the proposal (eg, project descriptions, resumes, team qualifications, various management plans, etc.).
Preparing rehabilitation materials.
Preparing technical and commercial offers.
– Preparing all tasks related to project management within the offers.
Job Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree. In Civil Engineering, Roads and Transportation/Transportation Management is preferred
Experience: At least 5 years of experience, and no less than 2 years in proposal preparation
Computer skills: MS Office package – Primavera and MS Project are assets
Language: Fluency in English
