– Conducting market research and identifying suitable business opportunities
Support the division’s land acquisition efforts through detailed market research to understand the opportunities and risks associated with the potential project
– Supervising real estate projects at all stages and providing solutions to problems
– Optimize costs and start saving operational costs
– Planning various activities in property management
qualifications
– 45 years and under
– Experience of not less than 10 years
Preferably to have experience working with major real estate developers or real estate consultancy firms in the UAE
Priority will be given to immediate entrants
