Project Site Secretary | Job in Bahrain by Propel Consult | GulfTalent

Duties and Responsibilities:
• To ensure the smooth flow of daily activities on the construction site, provide appropriate assistance to the client’s representative, project managers, project engineer and site engineer.
• Responsible for monitoring and preparing daily and weekly reports for all site related reports.
• Send and receive documents and all other correspondence. Index and save all documents. Maintain and update records.
• Preparing and following up the material requisition according to the site’s requirements.
• Monitor attendance and prepare weekly and monthly schedules.
• Monitor and handle all issues related to workers and site staff including arranging relocation, grievances, and relocation of staff from one location to another.
• Perform other daily administrative tasks including; Ensure proper maintenance of office supplies and site area.

salary:

From 500 to 600 BD per month, including fixed allowances.

Qualifications and requirements:
• Must act as a secretary or site coordinator.
• Must have experience in managing various paperwork from design firms, contractors and coordinating site activities.
• Professional and pleasant personality with good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently as well as in a team.
• Must be based in Bahrain.
