Project Managers Activities
-Assist the Director – Projects in leading initiatives to improve project operations and delivery.
Ensure appropriate interfaces with Project Manager and other stakeholders on site to provide a collaborative working environment for best project decision making.
Directly responsible for the implementation and performance of the Senior Project Engineers and Project Engineers.
Responsible for ensuring that Project Engineers KPIs associated with activities based on site operations are achieved and have a clear method of tracking performance to maximize motivation.
Managing internal and external communications to enhance the positive image of the projects.
Create a multicultural, multi-experienced team with a strong focus on collaborative approach for delivery oriented.
Ensure that project engineers have the tools and support to reach project completion.
Report the actions taken to improve the quality / health, safety and environment management system.
– Perform any other task, to the best of the ability of the job holder as may be required by the management from time to time.

You must have at least 15 years of solid work experience as a Project Manager/Management level/Oil & Gas Industry.
PMP/Project and Operations Management with solid experience in managing project operations with company setup in EPIC (Engineering, Procurement, Installation and Commissioning) and Sales – Oil & Gas, Decommissioning and Manpower Supply.
