Have you delivered a fully working data center project as the main contractor?
Our clients are seen as a major contractor in Bahrain working across construction and civil engineering.
This will be a FIRST DATA project, so they are seeking the involvement of a Project Manager/Project Manager who has a proven track record in technology/data center projects.
It will bring with you knowledge from previous projects on risks, delays, and the most challenging aspects of construction. If you haven’t built a data center, then you fear that you are not our customer because they are limited in the skill set they want to engage in.
On reporting to the General Manager, you will receive the full profit and loss of this project dealing with all departments and aspects of the site. You will lead, coordinate and manage contracts, risk, technical, delivery, safety, quality, etc. You will understand that the project is about the team and that you are responsible for leading, motivating and leading everyone. Can you orchestrate this orchestra for project completion, profitability, and success?
salary:
From 6000 to 8000 BD per month, including fixed allowances.

Strong Communication Skills

Solid construction ratios work for international tier 1 contractors
Degree – Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Delivered at least 1 D/C as Project Manager or PD
