Monitor the marketing of products in order to improve sales and ensure that they are in line with brand image and standards
Welcoming, assisting and serving customers to ensure that their needs are met in a timely manner and in line with quality and customer service standards
Inform the Universe team of sales plans and goals, monitor performance on an ongoing basis and suggest corrective actions to the hierarchy when needed
Assign routine and non-routine tasks to sales staff, cashiers and coordinators and assist in preparing staff schedule to ensure activities are carried out in the most efficient manner
– Compare prices with the competition and recommend price adjustments in order to maintain competitiveness
Support the Universe Manager in maintaining inventories and placing product orders to ensure effective management of inventory and product availability
Motivate team members and provide them with the necessary support in terms of training and development in order to improve sales results
Monitor and prevent thefts and security risks, and timely escalate incidents that occur to the hierarchy to avoid loss
Handling other related activities such as controlling the shipment receipt process, implementing end-of-day store closings, collecting customer and employee feedback and reporting it to the manager etc.
Monitor and identify best-selling items, limited editions and non-moving products on a weekly basis, and report them to the hierarchy

qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree
Active participation in at least one sporting activity and good knowledge of sporting products as well as sporting events
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office
– mastering English language
– Team game, project-oriented, athlete/ambassador, enthusiast, contributor, sympathizer, entrepreneur and responsible
Active participation in at least one sporting activity and expert knowledge of sporting events
