responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for managing transfer configurations that will have a direct impact on promise and fulfillment. It will also include the transition management program from legacy to new systems as well as implementation of cost/speed improvement projects. The candidate will need to work with cross-functional/country teams that include finance, operations, 3PL and technology to set up processes to maintain formations as well as in driving improvements in current fulfillment.

• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Must be detailed oriented with demonstrating ability to self-motivate and follow up on issues.
• Must have the ability to work in functional teams and across geography and to lead decisions.
• The candidate must have basic knowledge in supply chain and planning through work experience or coursework.
• Fluency in SQL and Microsoft Excel and basic programming skills.
• 2 years experience in Supply Chain / Operations

• Engineering degree, Master of Management Studies or Master of Business Administration.
• Experience in Supply Chain Management / Logistics Management
