Rixos Doha Qetaifan
Rixos Doha Qetaifan will open in mid-2022 and will consist of a 345-key hotel, along with an 11,000 square meter rental market, beach club, theme park and water park. The resort will offer panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. Set to make its debut ahead of the World Cup, Rixos plans to provide a platform to showcase Qatar as a tourist destination. One of the country’s biggest attractions will be the water park on Qetaifan Island North, the Icon Tower, the tallest tower of its kind in the world, reaching 82 meters in height.
Retail manager
This position is responsible for the overall management and leadership of the retail function and for maintaining the relationship with tenants at all times. Develop a retail vision, strategy, and plan to drive bottom line growth and bottom line profitability.

What will you do:
Handles the retail division and all operational initiatives and financial objectives of the retail division.
Oversee and build sales, budgets, costs forecasts and overheads for the retail division.
– Innovating and developing new ideas for business development.
Defining the business plan and roadmap for retail services by working with the business unit management.
Identify a product feature critical to successful business model development and translate it into product requirements by coordinating with the operations team of both the hotel and water park team.
Ensures that the retail teams are trained on the products and provide superior customer care.
Building a high-quality brand image through promotion.
Recruitment of the retail team.
Create an environment that inspires and enables growth for employees and promotes the values of Accor hotels.
– Develop pricing models, policies and price sheets for retail services with the Marketing and Finance team.
Develops a retail vision, strategy and plan to drive top line growth and bottom line profitability.
Your experience and skills include:
Minimum 4 years experience in managing and handling a retail function.
Experience in handling a complex role or cluster is an added advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Sales or Management is required
– Fluency in English reading, writing and oral proficiency
– Ability to speak the local language will be an advantage
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Word
Strong team player with excellent leadership skills.
Must be self-motivated and able to make decisions while handling many projects simultaneously
