Your role and responsibilities
Act as the main hub of the Delivery Center in any audits, reviews, SOC1, audits, etc.
Maintains the SAT rating of the center by ensuring that the center complies with all controls requirements.
Support delivery teams in filling any gaps in controls by providing required guidance.
Act as a local SME for the Delivery Center on any issues related to controls and compliance.
– Provide guidance to the team on any new accounts on board.
Carry out the required KCO test monthly as per the pre-set test plan and in line with the global calendar.
Report test results in a timely manner with the highest level of transparency and integrity.
In case of defects, support the team in conducting a root cause analysis by following a 5 cause approach along with the action plans required to close the defect and avoid its recurrence.
Ensure independence in all test-related activities.
Ensure compliance with all data security and privacy standards.
Work in an agile manner and be part of compliance and testing teams.
– Work in global teams and be open to participating in cross-examinations, peer-review testing, etc.
Ensure adherence to global controls and compliance requirements.
Provide education to all delivery teams on all compliance related controls and requirements in a timely manner.
