As a Principal Sales Consultant, you will be responsible as an expert for formulating and leading the pre-sales technical/functional support activity for clients and potential clients while ensuring customer satisfaction. Serves as a technical resource and mentor to less experienced sales consultants. Focuses on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions. Develop productivity tools and training for other sales consultants. Develops and delivers Oracle’s premium offerings and demos. Leads any and all aspects of the technical sales process. Provides advice to internal and external clients on the architect’s comprehensive solutions.

7 years of business experience with computer applications or databases/related tools. The ability to implement the most advanced product features. Thorough knowledge of system and application design. In depth knowledge of competitors. Demonstrate project management skills. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques. Ability to persuade others through presentations, explanations, and written communication. Ability to travel as needed. A/BS degree or equivalent, advanced degree highly desirable.
