Supporting pre-sales activities for Oracle Communications Enterprise clients, managed service providers and potential clients in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region.
Position Oracle Communications Enterprise products and solutions from a technology perspective, convey the message about the added value we can deliver, defend our competitive advantage and guide customers in the evolution of technology towards adoption of cloud communications.
Work in close cooperation with supported sales representatives; Develop account strategy together, align it with implementation, and be the go-to person for relevant technical topics.
Ensure that all technical pre-sales processes are handled. This includes, but is not limited to, collaborating on RFx responses, holding workshops and presentations to educate clients, validating technical solutions and architectures etc.
Provides insight/guidance to regional teams on technology and product requirements and trends to align product roadmaps with your customers’ strategy.
Coordinate the implementation of demonstrations, proof of concepts and other practical activities that may be required to implement the sales strategy for the region.
Works closely with Professional Services staff to analyze clients’ technical environments and requirements.
This position requires travel within Europe and possibly the Middle East/Africa.

Experience/Qualifications

Expert level knowledge of enterprise voice communications, data networks, unified communications, cloud computing and SD-WAN.
Expert-level knowledge of SIP signaling protocol design and deployment; Understand network function virtualization and the original CNCF cloud architecture.
More than 7 years of experience in Telephony, IP, Signaling, VoIP and/or Networking.
Knowledge of SS7 signaling aspects, diameter, and HTTP/2 is an added advantage.
Strong business acumen in value propositions and crafting successful compelling events
Previous experience in supporting sales team sales for products and services at system level.
– High level of enthusiasm and passion for market and business development
– Fluency in English and Arabic
– Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related technical field
