On behalf of our client, a multinational oil and gas services company based in Oman, we are looking to appoint a Plant Manager. Reporting to the Country Manager, you will be responsible for overall accountability for site operations, maintenance, logistics, safety and quality success including the implementation of EFX systems, culture and values. Quality, health, safety and environment systems, company guidelines and policies. Assign and supervise activities directly related to plant strategies.
salary:
350 to 400 OMR per month, including fixed allowances.
The successful candidate must be based in Oman, hold a Technical Degree/Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial) with 3 years of management and leadership experience.
Proven project management and planning skills through working knowledge of troubleshooting, product processes and methods, quality control and cost management.
