Performance indicators of Enforcement Law for 2022 revealed

Manama, April 17 (BNA): More than 100 million dinars have been collected from debtors in the execution courts and 88 million dinars to 146,000 beneficiaries, according to what was revealed by the performance indicators of the Ministry of Justice and Islamic Affairs for the 2022 implementation law.

The ministry said it will continue to improve electronic systems and applications to ensure efficiency and prompt implementation of final judgments and other enforcement tools.

The ministry expected that performance indicators would improve further with the application of specialized enforcement tracks to deal with debtors. Whether individuals, companies or financial institutions.

Creditors have been urged to complete enforcement procedures with the assistance of enforcement officers in cases where asset freeze orders have been issued; Including property, cars, movables, stocks and bonds; or non-monetary enforcement such as eviction or eviction.

The ministry also called on creditors to update their banking information to receive funds collected through execution files, by filling out the form available on the ministry’s website www.moj.gov.bh.
