The candidate is very familiar with the procedures and analysis of pavement condition and pavement distress. Must be experienced in paving and asset management systems and software.
Able to analyze all kinds of malfunctions and problems for different types of pavements and provide appropriate solutions.
Providing and supervising paving quality procedures.
Provide training and guidance, and perform gap analysis in asphalt plants, laboratories and equipment.
Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related field)
More than 15 years of experience in related field engineering
Ability to play a leadership role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with industry practices and regulations required
He must also possess a thorough knowledge of current technology and be able to select and apply appropriate engineering software for use in the project
