Job description and summary

You will focus on helping local offices drive the company’s employee strategy, create a unique people experience for each individual, and support the company’s broad values ​​by working with core competencies that measure and motivate the company’s individual success at large in the marketplace.

Our HR teams support initiatives and programs including, customer support, business operations, data and analytics, technology systems, recruitment and onboarding services, workforce mobility, emergency workforce, and people and program support.

Responsibilities:

– Coordination of partnership recruitment. Understand business needs and manage multiple deadlines when it comes to hiring through partnership, update master data on time, use multiple tools available to organize and simplify team recruitment processes (Google Sheets, Excel, PowerBI, Workday etc.)
Ensure that partner information is updated on the internal system throughout the process and manage the interview feedback process for interviews on the system
Strategic Projects: Work closely with the Partnership and Investment team to work on initiatives related to new operations, stakeholder management, team skills development, etc.
Data management: Update partner investments and candidate information on team trackers and in-house advanced tracking system to ensure they are relevant to stakeholders’ daily updates
Ensuring the exploration of cost-effective options by maximizing the use of tools and automation available to us and thus saving working hours
Provide high-quality data and report recruitment progress to key stakeholders and support the recruitment team in effective ways to manage recruitment administrative tasks

General Experience and Skills:

4+ years of experience in staffing or staffing coordination necessary in an environment of senior executives and stakeholders
Knowledge of HR best practices and processes
Previous experience of an HR specialist with an understanding of the employee life cycle, including recruitment and onboarding would be preferable
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to use patience and diplomacy to handle issues
– Fluency in spoken and written English is essential
– Excellent interpersonal skills, report writing and verbal communication
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred
