Manama, Jan. 2 (BNA): The Foreign Affairs, Defense and National Security Committee of the House of Representatives held its second meeting today in the first session of the sixth legislative term, chaired by Representative Hassan Eid Bukhammas.
Committee Chairman Bukhamas indicated that the issue of government performance and digital transformation is one of the most important pillars of the government program 2023-2026, given the fact that in light of the comprehensive development process of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, Bahrain has become a pioneer in adopting advanced technology to serve the country and the citizen. resident and corporate.
He added that the committee was asked to submit a report on the subject of digital transformation included in the government program for the year 2023-2026.
In this regard, the committee reviewed the views of its members, and decided to continue discussing the same subject during its next meeting to prepare its report on the subject.
