Be the vital piece of the puzzle that connects us to the millions of companies that need our help to grow. you will.

Leading IaaS/PaaS technology deals across its dedicated customer territory – Kuwait market – SME segment leveraging world-leading cloud offerings from Oracle: Cloud at Customer, Autonomous Database and OCI. Land Use Aims – Expand deals in IT and LOB targets to achieve customer value that leads to continued use and expansion
Promote and disseminate Oracle products to customers, partners, and select internal audiences
Develop relationships and collaborate with our partners to identify, recommend and increase sales
Develop and implement a sales plan that provides full coverage of land and sector
Develop appropriate sales programs and solutions. Maintain updated competitive information and collect regional success stories
– Meet with senior customer contacts to build credibility and develop lasting relationships
Engage with pre-sales support for customer meetings to further develop customer discussions
Lead successful go-to-market campaigns by working closely with internal marketing specialists
Contribute and lead in account planning, customer/market analysis and strategy sessions

Skills/Experience Required

Strong interest in technology, passion for sales and strong communication skills.
– More than 5 years of experience in sales of complex solutions for small and medium-sized businesses, experience in cloud service is required
Solution Seller: Able to quickly understand business needs and build trust
– Able to quickly and at the same time push a high value out of active opportunities, concluding deals within strict timelines
IT and LOB: Able to confidently showcase Autonomous and Oracle Cloud to IT and LOB audiences
Connected: Able to use the Oracle ecosystem to navigate within the customer to identify goals and opportunities
– High levels of prospecting skills: targeting, finding names, cold calling, getting to meet
Cloud Trust: Capable of identifying the full Oracle Cloud image and annotating commercial Universal Credits
Hands-on: the ability to give a personal demonstration or give a quick working example for independent use “on the spot”, without always having to use technical resources
Advanced technical skills in the field of specialization
Value Driven: Able to identify real customer cloud use cases that bring value to the customer and can lead to rapid scaling of original deals
An optimistic and positive mindset, eager to interact and influence people, driven by winning and resilience
– Fluency in English and Arabic.
– Disciplined: daily reports on activities, fast and regular execution
