Activate destinations, develop and deliver operations
This role would suit a commercially intelligent individual who has demonstrable evidence of developing operational products within assets while leading by example, enabling teams to continually elevate the guest and customer experience beyond expectations.
The position will require working with the sports sector, regional proponents, master planners and key stakeholders across sectors to develop a product offering for each proposed asset. They will need to understand the internal processes of each activity and work alongside internal teams and external operators to create a world-leading asset experience.
Manage and expand assets across the region
They will need a sound understanding of people’s procedures and practices to effectively manage both customers and employees within an expanding portfolio and with increasing numbers of visitors and residences.
