Management and analysis of subcontractors and system activities.
Deploy the team accordingly, in the most efficient manner, to ensure that day-to-day issues as well as planned work are managed effectively.
Research, development, design and testing of HVAC/mechanical/electrical components, equipment and systems; Apply HVAC/Mechanical and Electrical Engineering principles and techniques related to the project being managed.
Being responsible for soft services (waste management, high access, rope access, etc.)
