Manama, Jan. 1 (BNA): The Minister of Oil and Environment received the Special Envoy for Climate Affairs, Dr. Mohammed bin Mubarak bin Dinah, Ambassador of the Republic of India to Bahrain, Piyush Srivastava.
The minister affirmed the depth of the Bahraini-Indian relations, praising the efforts made by the ambassador to strengthen the deep-rooted bilateral relations. He also praised the keenness of the two friendly countries to continue strengthening relations between them.
The two sides discussed a number of issues related to the oil and environment sectors and ways to increase investment opportunities in them in order to achieve the common interests of the two countries.
The envoy expressed his thanks and appreciation to the minister, wishing the Kingdom every success in achieving its future aspirations within the comprehensive development process.
