Brief description:

This position is front line management of the door-to-door sales channel. This channel will sell and promote Etisalat services directly to customers.

Provide day-to-day guidance and operational management support to channel partner staff.

Responsible for achieving assigned sales targets.
Work requirements:

Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably direct to consumers and channel partner management.

1- Achieving sales targets for Etisalat products and services through door-to-door internal and external sales teams.
2. Execute and implement sales and channel strategy, sales policies, and operations in consultation with SM/Door 2 Door Sales.
3- Report the daily/weekly/monthly sales progress to the department.
4. Ensures continuous training programs for the channel to achieve sales targets.
5. Responsible for effective management of Vendors/Alternate Channel Partner from start to finish to deliver sales targets.
6. Proactively inspects sales activity and effort among managed sales associates, ensuring that the quality and quantity of sales effort meets company expectations.
7. Identifies skill/knowledge and attitude deficiencies among managed sales associates, and improves individuals capabilities through on-the-job training, development, and coaching
8. Provide regular updates on the market, customer feedback and competition information to the management.
9- You are expected to spend a significant amount of your time outside the office.
10. Performs any other related duties, as required.
