Charterhouse is working with a well-established law firm that is looking to hire an office manager to join their busy and expanding law firm. This is initially a half-day position with the possibility of full-time employment in the future.
As the office manager, you will be responsible for performing highly confidential administrative duties, including but not limited to diary management, travel arrangements, editing and review of correspondence, basic bookkeeping, management and support of administrative and legal staff, and client management.
To be considered for this role, it is preferable that you hold a degree and have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and environment, preferably in the Middle East. In addition, you will have great attention to detail, be professional, discreet, and use your own initiative. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, and should be familiar with working with Microsoft Office, Sage’s experience is advantageous.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in supporting business development and/or marketing.
