Manama, November 7 (BNA): The Nasser Vocational Training Center (NVTC) and the Khalifa University of Science and Technology Center for Electronic Physical Systems (C2PS) are organizing two conferences to highlight the role of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning in sports. and education sectors.
The conferences come within the framework of cooperation and support for artificial intelligence in the Kingdom.
NVTC facilitates artificial intelligence research, innovation and projects as well as joint research programmes, and provides technical education and vocational training to Bahraini nationals.
Khalifa University’s C2PS is the only center in the UAE capable of designing chips for communications, security, healthcare, aerospace, robotics, artificial intelligence and other applications.
“Khalifa University and Abu Dhabi in general have always been providing scientific, technical and research support in the field of artificial intelligence and future sciences, and we value these brotherly ties that constantly support young people in the Kingdom of Bahrain, and we look forward to further cooperation and knowledge exchange,” said the Executive Director of the Center. National Technical Training Dr. Abdullah Al Nuaimi.
“The upcoming conferences will be evidence of the intense collaboration in next generation smart systems not only between Khalifa University and NVTC, but also between Abu Dhabi and the Kingdom of Bahrain. We expect the two centers to further strengthen this partnership in the coming years.” C2PS Director Dr. Ernesto Damiani said.
