What will you do:

Provide first aid support to all resort staff and guests as required during business hours and assist staff for emergency needs in staff accommodation.
Distributing regular medicines to the resort’s staff when needed.
Provide monthly report on used medicines/medical stock, tools and readiness to order, and take responsibility for maintaining first aid room/cabinets/boxes alignment with standard and compliance
Coordinate closely with departments to ensure that all aspects of the resort’s occupational health and safety are coordinated and coordinated to achieve maximum impact.
Advanced knowledge of health and safety at work
Handle all Occupational Health and Safety communications and inform supervisor or HR manager of day-to-day issues.
Ensure that specific activities are carried out professionally in accordance with the relevant authorities.
Fully aware of all emergency procedures at the resort
– Be prepared to carry out assigned missions during emergencies such as fires, power outages and bomb threats.
Property safety identification, first aid, emergency procedures, fire and operating safety.
Initiate action to correct a dangerous situation and notify superiors of potential dangers
Follow up the employee’s annual medical examination, ensure compliance and support employees with medical advice.
Conduct first aid update training for all staff as monthly plan, and coordinate with L&D Manager on mandatory training related to health and safety regulations.
Support organized staff activities, documentary recording/filling/keeping and working as requested by the Talent and Culture Manager.

Your experience and skills include:

Bachelor’s degree in Medicine/Nursing/PhD or related.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times
Understanding and ability to work in a multicultural environment
– At least 5 years experience in the same capacity ideally with a 5 star hotel
