NIHR, Saudi Human Rights Commission sign MoU

Manama, Jan. 3 (BNA): The President of the National Institution for Human Rights, Ali Ahmed Al-Derazi, and the President of the Saudi Commission for Human Rights, Hala Bint Mazyad Al-Tuwaijri, signed a memorandum of understanding.

The memorandum aims to enhance cooperation and promote human rights, in addition to exchanging information and technical relations.

Al-Derazi explained that the memorandum of understanding will enable the two parties to work within their competence according to a joint mechanism to protect and promote human rights in the two countries by organizing conferences, seminars and training courses.

He highlighted the goal of the National Institution for Human Rights in developing cooperation and exchanging experiences in this field.
