NIHR participates in children’s complaints training Program

London, March 28 (BNA): Members of the Board of Commissioners and staff of the General Secretariat of the National Institution for Human Rights participated in a training and field program on children’s complaints and the mechanism for dealing with them in the United Kingdom.

The program is in collaboration with the Nyko Foundation in Ireland.

The Foundation specializes in restorative justice law for children and international best practices in this regard.

They reviewed the advanced experiences of the United Kingdom in the field of human rights, especially in the field of children’s rights, the mechanism for dealing with them, and the exchange of experiences.

The delegation visited several official bodies, including the Northern Ireland Commissioner for Children and Young People, the Ombudsman for Northern Ireland, and other bodies working in the field of human rights.
