Ambassador hails integration of German language in Nasser Vocational Training Centre curriculum

Manama, September 26 (BNA) The Director of Nasser Vocational Training Center, Dr. Abdullah Nasser Al-Nuaimi, confirmed that the center is engaged in building and strengthening cooperation with educational and research institutions in developed countries in the fields of training and science. Al-Nuaimi said during his meeting with the German ambassador to Bahrain, Kay, that Germany is one of the advanced countries in the industrial and modern technological fields, and its universities, higher education institutions and research centers are among the oldest and best in education, training and technical studies. He added that based on these facts, the center seeks to enroll its graduates in German universities and higher education institutions by ensuring the highest standards of learning for its students and by introducing German institutions to the high competencies of NVTC students.

Ambassador Buchmann welcomed the center’s decision to offer German-language courses as part of its academic curriculum.

He said that such a step would facilitate the admission process for the center’s graduates to German universities and higher education institutions.

Al-Nuaimi and Bochmann discussed ways to enhance cooperation and make the embassy the official point of contact for coordination with German universities and research centers.

The ambassador had said earlier that the relationship between Bahrain and Germany is excellent.

He said, “As a partner of Bahrain, Germany has a lot to offer. My task is to build and strengthen bridges of cooperation between the two countries.”
