Manama, September 22 (BNA) Dr. Maryam Athbi Al Jalahma, CEO of the National Health Regulatory Authority, signed a memorandum of understanding with Abdul Ghaffar Al Bastaki of Al Bastaki Training and Consulting Company to facilitate the import of medical devices. and supplies.
The MoU states that Al Bastaki Training and Consulting Company will train employees in submitting applications to registration authorities, finding appropriate logistical solutions, and pre-shipment consultancy to Bahrain.
The signing of the memorandum comes from the authority’s keenness to facilitate the import of medical devices and supplies to ensure their availability in the health sector in the Kingdom.
Applying for import through Al Bastaki Training and Consulting Company will be optional, as accredited representatives who do not face difficulties in submitting files can submit them directly to the authority.
