London, July 4 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, met today the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Commonwealth and Development of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. LRT Hon James Cleverly MP.
The meeting was held on the sidelines of the official visit of His Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister to the United Kingdom.
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa affirmed the deep-rooted relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United Kingdom, adding that the relationship that lasted 200 years is one of cooperation and coordination.
His Highness indicated the Kingdom’s commitment to push forward the bilateral partnership with the support of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
His Highness stressed the importance of continuing to enhance joint cooperation to create qualitative opportunities that benefit both countries and their peoples.
During the meeting, regional and global developments and developments of common interest were also discussed.
