Manama, June 19 (BNA): Bahrain’s general index closed at 1,957.53 points, recording a decrease of 0.64 points from the previous close.
This decline is attributed to the decline in the telecommunications services sector, the financial sector, and the industrial sector.
The Bahrain Islamic Index closed at 742.71 points, down by 1.07 points from the previous close.
The results indicated that 83 transactions were made on property rights with a volume of 1,343,251, with a value of 409,017 Bahraini Dinars.
Investors trade mainly in the financial sector, accounting for 34.48% of the total value of securities traded.
