LMRA conducts five joint inspection campaigns in Capital, Northern and Southern Governorates

Manama, July 13 (BNA): The Labor Market Regulatory Authority and the Ministry of Interior continue to intensify joint efforts to activate regulatory tools to address illegal practices in the labor market.

The Authority announced the implementation of five inspection campaigns, which resulted in monitoring a number of violations related to the provisions of the Labor Market Regulatory Authority and residence laws in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Cases have been referred for legal action.

The authority stated that three inspection campaigns were carried out in coordination with the General Directorate of Criminal Investigation and Forensic Evidence in the capital, northern and southern governorates, while the fourth campaign was carried out in the southern governorate in coordination with the Nationality and Passports Authority. and Residence Affairs (NPRA) and the Governorate Police Directorate, and the fifth campaign was in partnership with the Directorate of Execution of Judgments at the Ministry of Interior in the Northern Governorate.

The Labor Market Regulatory Authority renewed its call to all members of society to support the efforts of government agencies to address illegal practices in the labor market and unregulated employment to protect society as a whole, calling on community members to report any complaints related to the labor market.
