Manama, June 10 (BNA): The Secretary-General of the Higher Education Council, Dr. Diana Abdul Karim Al-Jahrami, received the Deputy Head of Mission at the US Embassy in Bahrain, David Brownstein.
The Assistant Undersecretary for the Development of Teaching and Learning Policies at the Ministry of Education, Dr. Samah Muhammad Al-Ajjawi, also attended.
Dr. Diana stressed the keenness of the General Secretariat of the Higher Education Council to enhance bilateral cooperation in the field of higher education, academic research and exchange of experiences.
The Deputy Head of the American Mission praised the role of the Higher Education Council in developing higher education institutions and encouraging investment in this sector.
