Manama, July 6 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today ratified Law No. 9/2023 approving the direct financing agreement for the water transmission project in the second floor of the Independent Power and Water Plant (IWPP floor). After the approval of the Shura Council and the House of Representatives.
The agreement attached to this law was signed on July 7, 2022.
The Prime Minister and the Ministers – each within his jurisdiction – shall implement the provisions of the law, and it shall come into effect one day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
