Housing Ministry launches Housing Finance Exhibition

Manama, June 14 (BNA): Under the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning will open the second edition of the Housing Finance Exhibition on Thursday in the city. The Bahrain Center is under the auspices of Sheikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister.

The exhibition, which will last for 10 days, will introduce citizens to the types and benefits of financing services provided by the ministry, in addition to presenting exclusive offers for real estate and bank financing.

Amina bint Ahmed Al-Rumaihi, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, said that this version of the exhibition will include twice the number of housing units offered, with more than 10,000 options available at prices that are in line with financing amounts.

The minister explained that the event, in which 19 real estate companies and eight banks are participating, will include 132 housing units for sale within the framework of the government’s program for land development rights.

In this project, citizens can reserve housing units with a value not exceeding 99 thousand Bahraini dinars through partnership with the private sector.

The minister urged citizens with housing requests and those wishing to apply for immediate housing services to attend the exhibition to learn more about offers and available opportunities.
