Education Minister approves scholarships plan

Manama, July 11 (BNA): The Minister of Education, Dr. Muhammad bin Mubarak Juma, approved today the scholarship plan for high school and private graduates 2022-2023, with an average of 90% or more.
Upon approving the plan, the minister said that distinguished graduates will compete for 6,000 scholarships and scholarships covering various academic disciplines.

He said that the allocation of thousands of scholarships reflects the support of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, for the education sector.

He stressed that the allocation of scholarships will be based on the cumulative academic averages of students as the sole criterion.

He said that the plan takes into account the needs of the labor market, stressing the ministry’s commitment to granting the student an average of 95% or more, a scholarship in the major he chose to be his first choice in case he chooses to join the program. Public and private school graduates with an average of at least 90% who wish to compete for scholarships and scholarships are required to log on to www.bahrain.bh to finalize their registration.

The ministry said in a statement today that the registration, which began today, Tuesday at 06:00 pm, will continue until Friday, July 14.

The Ministry also called on students who did not receive the secret numbers for the electronic registration of scholarships and missions to communicate with the Information Systems Department – User Service through the following means:
