BIPA Director General receives BIBF CEO

Manama, July 13 (BNA): Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Daij Al Khalifa, Director General of the Institute of Public Administration, received Dr. Ahmed Al Shaikh, CEO of the Bahrain Institute for Banking and Financial Studies. Member of the Board of Directors of BIPA, representing the private sector.

Dr. Shaikha Rana affirmed that Bahrain under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and the government led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, gives priority to investing in its citizens by raising efficiency and improving its performance, considering it the future of developing the national economy.

She indicated that one of the institute’s priorities is to develop national leaders and cadres in the public and private sectors.

The CEO of the Bahrain Institute for Banking and Financial Studies congratulated Dr. Shaikha Rana on her new position as Director General of the Institute, praising the government support for BIPA and the institutions’ confidence in its efforts, which contributed to expanding its scope of work to include both the public and private sectors.

He stressed interest in developing cooperation with the Institute of Public Administration (BIPA) to enhance joint work in the training sector and academic and vocational programmes.
