LMRA conducts three joint inspection campaigns

Manama, July 19 (BNA): The Labor Market Regulatory Authority, the Ministry of Interior and the Social Insurance Organization continue to intensify joint efforts to address any violations or practices to preserve the components of the labor market and ensure justice, competitiveness and stability.

The Labor Market Regulatory Authority announced the implementation of three joint inspection campaigns, which resulted in the reporting of a number of violations related to the labor market and residence laws in the Kingdom, and the violations were referred to legal procedures.

The authority added that the first inspection campaign was carried out in coordination with the Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs and the Governorate Police Directorate in Muharraq Governorate, while the second campaign was carried out with the Judgments Execution Department at the Ministry of Interior in Muharraq Governorate. Capital Governorate, while the third campaign is in coordination with the General Authority for Social Insurance in the Northern Governorate.

The Labor Market Regulatory Authority has renewed its call to all members of society to support the efforts of government agencies in addressing illegal labor practices, by reporting violations through the electronic form on the authority’s website www.lmra.gov.bh or by calling the authority’s call center at 17506055. .
