Manama, July 25 (BNA): Deputy Prime Minister Sheikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa received Sultan bin Abdulrahman Al-Murshed, CEO of the Saudi Fund for Development.
The meeting was attended by Minister of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture Wael bin Nasser Al-Mubarak and Minister of Works Ibrahim Hassan Ali Al-Hawaj.
The Deputy Prime Minister praised the role of the Social Fund for Development in following up the implementation of vital projects in the infrastructure sector that it finances within the Gulf Development Program, which reflects the depth of relations between the two countries, and contributes directly to advancing economic development in Bahrain.
He affirmed support and care for the historical bilateral relations led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques.
Sheikh Khalid affirmed the cooperation between the two kingdoms in various fields, especially the economic sector, with the aim of continuing to strengthen bilateral work, and support it to achieve the desired goals and common visions of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and His Royal Highness Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia.
